So is there a catch?

We pay you back double your monthly hosting fee by cheque when you request it after your website goes down.

All you need to do is submit your request via this web form and we'll write out a cheque for you ASAP.

You can only claim the Double payment once per month and only in a month where your website may have suffered some downtime.

You can only claim the Double Money back on 3 different occasions - After that we suggest you move because we have clearly failed you!

Please note: Only shared web hosting packages qualify for this guarantee ... And of course your website actually needs to go down to qualify!
