After Eskom kindly load shed our power, I couldn't connect to the internet. Afrihost assisted me step by step through the reconnection process and sorted out the connection issues, and this was all done over Whatsapp with screen shots. Great service, kind assistance and over all a fantastic experience. I recommend that everyone should use afrihost as their service provider. Keep up the good work.

I needed assistance. Contacted Afrihost via their WhatsApp helpline. Query was handled promptly and professionally by knowledgeable agent (Thabiso D). Given the attitude of so many other 'service' (?) providers, this was a very pleasant surprise.

Not the cheapest out there but I will pay for excellent service. If there is a problem they whatsapp you and will make sure problem is resolved ASAP. Will recommend Afrihost to everybody 👌

Been with Afrihost for years on end, I had endless struggles with ISP's prior and eventually found this exceptional business. I have rarely had to even contact their support department with issues, and if I did, the support person assigned to me was very helpful every. single. time. I would gladly recommend this company for any and all people looking for a decent ISP that won't blatantly try to rip you off, and have done so at every opportunity that I could 10/10.
