I have had very minimal issues with them over the years and their service has been really great - especially with the option that they brought in a few years back to communicate with an agent over Whatsapp chat to speedily resolve any issues speedily. Afrihost would do well to hire more representatives like Ethan C. I accidentally initiated a new chat after a somewhat frustrating conversation with another agent and well I am glad it happened as it turned a mediocre experience into a fantastic one. All because of the immensely positive attitude that he had. Made getting shafted by Openserve deciding to not repair our DSL service slightly more bearable. Well off I go to look for a stop gap until Openserve decides to move along with actually bringing fibre into our complex instead of calling it good enough to have brought them to the gate…
