Click on the 'SIM Swap' button.
Follow the prompts to complete your SIM swap request.
You will RICA the new SIM card during the SIM swap process.

In the App.

Tap on the number you want to do the SIM swap on.
Tap on ‘Manage Package’.
Under SIM management, tap on ‘SIM swap’.
Follow the prompts to complete your SIM swap request.
You will RICA the new SIM card during the SIM swap process.

You can get your new physical SIM card delivered straight to your door via our courier or collect it at Afrihost HQ in Rivonia, JHB. Alternatively, you can swap with an eSIM.
