Throughout that time, upgrading / downgrading / topping up / support / queries / fault reporting / new services , have all been super easy and painless. Rough start a few years ago with them, but back then the problem was more with Openserve. Been a client now for 3 years and truly can't complain. Constant, quality internet. No hassles when we moved house, and annual free upgrades to my fibre line. Happy customer!

Afrihost..... is there any better ISP? I just finished a living gell with Webafrica. Afrihost has been hosting my website domain for many years..... spoke to an agent today to sign up and here is the thing.... Afrihost is also on whatsapp like Webafrica - the difference..... you don't have to grab a "cuppa" and wait for Afrihost. Their response, even after-hours and on weekends is practically immediate!! I will promote and refer Afrihost to everyone They might not be the cheapest, but the service delivery and support a client receives is absolutely amazing!! Well done to the Afriihost Team!!

My experience with Afrihost has been stellar for the most part. I do remember a few hiccups where I had to get their attention on Twitter, but having had the worst possible customer experience at another ISP recently, I realised that Afrihost is on another level. Keep it up.
