I've been with Afrihost since 2016. I've recommended them to many friends and family members, many whom have since switched and are extremely happy with having made the switch. Their customer service is great and I've experienced very little down time over the years. I will always highly recommend Afrihost to anyone looking to change ISP's.

This ISP rocks. I've bounced between a few over the years and none have come close to the customer service offered by Afrihost. After using them for over 12 years I only ever encountered a few problems, but those were mostly back in the ADSL days and were sorted out really quickly. Their fibre is phenomenal. When they say "uncapped, unshaped, unthrottled" they really mean it. Our line blazes at max speed 24/7 no matter the task. Plus their mobile data offering is best in class. I just added an MTN prepaid SIM to my phone's 2nd slot and loaded their data on which made for a really inexpensive way to get more data for like a quarter the price of buying from the big players. Seriously, check them out. You won't be disappointed.

No hassle at all. You get what they say you would. the terms and conditions are straight forward, easy to understand and the service is great. No delay in receiving data, airtime or minutes. I don't regret it at all.

Afrihost! What can I say? Support above and beyond! I have been dealing with them since 2H 2018 when I joined them to host my website. I developed and set up my website myself. I mostly Googled what to do. When I got stuck their support people gave me advice. Not their job or responsibility! Yet they are there when help is needed. Just this week, I got stuck setting up my email account on my new Laptop. Again! Not their responsibility, yet I have been helped! I am on Afrihost fibre service as well for about 5 months now (2022). Had an Internet problem this morning which was not on their side. Yet, their support stuck with me, and helped me to get it sorted. Judging by comments on social media, and from experience with my previous Internet service provider, I can only imagine the response from other service providers. "All is OK on our side sir". ie Sort out your own bloody problem. Not with Afrihost! Their support is what truly sets them apart from other service providers!

I love Afrihost, I have had very few errors in the years with them since ADSL and really happy with how they have always treated me. I am in IT myself so a lot of troubleshooting is done by myself if I do have issues to provide the required information to resolve issues.

Quick service. Never had issues in the 8 years we've been with them. If we have connection issues they get sorted immediately. Definitely recommend
