I have been a customer for over 8 years now, and never has a problem not been solved with 30mins. Basically, you get in touch, they do their magic and most of the time your problem is solved within minutes. Industry leading customer service! By the way, the connection speed is as fast as the service. Pure internet joy!

JHB Water hit the fibre cable in our complex. Within less than an hour of reporting it to Afrihost, they had contacted OpenServe and a technician was on site. Repair was made within three hours of the breakdown on a Friday! Excellent service from both Afrihost and OpenServe. JHB Water... take notes...

Had a bit of a rocky start with Afrihost but they really took a lot of care to set things right and since then it's been fantastic. I've had two issues with my fiber line (not Afrihost's fault) and both times they were EXTREMELY responsive and my downtime was under 24 hours which is incredible.

Great customer care service and from my experience so far, are very open and honest, especially if they are busy, it really puts ones mind at ease when the consultants communicate, and at least as a customer you know that you are not being ignored, but they will get back to you.
