Afrihost! What can I say? Support above and beyond! I have been dealing with them since 2H 2018 when I joined them to host my website. I developed and set up my website myself. I mostly Googled what to do. When I got stuck their support people gave me advice. Not their job or responsibility! Yet they are there when help is needed. Just this week, I got stuck setting up my email account on my new Laptop. Again! Not their responsibility, yet I have been helped! I am on Afrihost fibre service as well for about 5 months now (2022). Had an Internet problem this morning which was not on their side. Yet, their support stuck with me, and helped me to get it sorted. Judging by comments on social media, and from experience with my previous Internet service provider, I can only imagine the response from other service providers. "All is OK on our side sir". ie Sort out your own bloody problem. Not with Afrihost! Their support is what truly sets them apart from other service providers!

Afrihost is Legit. I've been with them for half a decade now and while at first I had tons of issues on telkom side, afrihost helped every time even though they knew only telkom could sort it out. I eventually made a template email, edited specific parts daily and logged a fault with the exact message daily, just different support assistant name and date, etc. They eventually sorted it, I had to bribe them to prioritize me. (Telkom) Since then service has been solid.. and that was about 3 years ago. No disconnects besides loadshedding. 100% uptime, no lag, consistent 8ms ping 45mb VDSL. Thank you Afrihost.

If you are dealing with Nomvuyiso N. at any point, you are in good hands and I am confident your issue or query will be resolved, mine was resolved before the end of the conversation. Very impressed and give this person a raise! Nobody asked this but as a client I think employees like this should be well looked after. (Nomvuyiso, I hope I'm not overstepping my boundaries here but you were incredible! All the best). I am a very happy customer.

I had low download and upload speeds but it took Afrihost 5 minutes to rectify the problem. With all honesty this is the best service provider in South Africa ATM
