The place is very nice and delightful. When you get there the upfront personnel will check you in, and ask you to wait until your number is called. In the waiting room the staff actually offers water and coffee. I have been there 5 times and the waiting period is no more than 10 minutes. The staff at the counter are very sympathetic, friendly, and fast. The decoration is great too and the way Afrihost separated the counters from each other truly makes you feel that you are been attended at a small office.
