Bad news about Afrihost no longer running Rain, so they cannot get any info when rain's network goes belly-up. And now to have to change to another provider which is too expensive. But the info from Afrihost was very helpful. I will just have to cripple on with Rain until I can afford to change. Update: Jan S helped out and gave me useful information. Updating to 5 stars.

It has been designed to function with no unnecessary and-ons and annoying bits and ads. What they offer is 100% correct to what is described. Afrihost deliver quickly and surpass delivery times stated. The Accounts department is smooth and effortless. My experience with Afrihost the company is up and down, but a gentleman called Bonginkosi assisted me via what's app today for 2 HOURS and was so patient, kind (I was in a bad mood) and supportive, didn't give up until we found the problem. 10 Stars for Bonginkosi!!

Great company. When migrating fibre just make sure you use the WhatsApp help to follow up regularly. If you leave them they will leave you for weeks without fibre with no updates when your line was active the whole time.
