As a Marketing & Communications Strategist and very much in the market, I congratulate Afrihost enormously on their 'Pure Internet Joy' campaign - mostly because it is so clear and on-point, expertly communicated and - most importantly - delivers fully on the promise. I had a problem with my infrastructure - the cable itself and I was able to chat to a representative of Afrihost via WhatsApp who logged a technician, gave me a reference number- and sorted me out in 5minutes. Not used to this level of service in SA and pleasantly surprised!

Awesome service as always, sad that I left you guys when the copper lines were stolen on my ADSL connection. I shouldve been with you guys from the inception of Fibre. Finally I've had enough with subpar customer service and im coming home. Afrihost is simply unrivaled

I know a lot of people are frustrated with internet service providers these days, but I actually had a great experience in customer service with Afrihost. The person who attended to my issue (Dikeledi) was awesome! Because of her, I don't hate Afrihost. Yaaaay~ :D
