First day working from home my router started giving problems, as fate would have it. Due to loadshedding and UPS usage I experienced some difficulty with my connectivity. I don't have the words to describe what the problem was cause I know next to nothing about IT, but with the help of Afrihost's WhatsApp helpline and the awesome helper assigned to me (they have real people online helping you over WhatsApp, not just bots), I was able to sort it out in a jiffy.
