My 2 year LTE contract with a mobile service provider ended in March 2020 - about the time when we had a national lockdown because of Covid-19. I have then decided to take the fibre option from one of the big cellular providers. These guys sent me from pillar to POST with the router, the temporary LTE and getting me up and running. When I contacted Afrihost, I have been assisted telephonically to determine my requirements. They've handled all the admin of cancelling the service which I did not receive from the other service provider and I have received my router on the same day. Afrihost did not dissapoint! It was the first time that I have received such great and quality service from a big brand in South Africa!!! I was able to work from home, with quality high speed internet!!! Applied on Monday with @Afrihost on 26/10 for Fibre installation & made payment later in the day. 27/10 got a call from installer- @vumatel to schedule installation & received confirmation via sms & email. Today 28 installation done 2 hours earlier & 20 min later after installation. I am online Outstanding customer service and clean installation by Vumatel contractors.
