Using Afrihost Fiber for 10 years now. Any problems that arise are always solved as quick as possible. Although Afrihost is quick to solve problems with hosting there seem to be a lot.

I had a problem during their closing hours. But once they start operating i used the whatsapp service helpline. Siphiwe was quick to assist me. In no time, I was back online doing my work. I highly recommend and I’m happy

I contacted Afrihost via WhatsApp this morning and didn't have much faith that I would be assisted, based on experience from other companies. All I can say is Wow, how I was proved wrong. Musa Khumalo promptly assisted me, and in no time my issue was resolved. Well done, it gave me hope that there is still customer service out there.
