So far so good. I am enjoying the overall experience. The internet service is fantastic – it has its rare shortfalls, but a perfect world is boring right?! The customer service, however, is a hit and miss (to be fair, it is over 60% a hit in my experience). It depends on who takes the call. Some agents are great, some can do with a little to a lot of help (again, depends on who takes the call) with customer service delivery.

Still VERY happy I chose Afrihost, I'm on a neighborhood whatsapp group, the amount of times people post, asking if anyone else are having wifi/internet problems in our area, and we're just fine, like nope we're good, no issues our side...
