Been with Afrihost since 2017. I have experienced low latency throughout the years with a rock solid network. I really like the Clientzone app. It is easy to use. It also allows you to monitor your network on the go and upgrading your line is a breeze. They offer a rage of products and services to meet anyone's internet needs. General QoS has been rock solid. Afrihost are good in communication. Using the WhatsApp support chat and getting real technical support from a REAL person is really appreciated. No computer generated prompts! I'm pleased with Afrihost service. In my honest opinion. Will you be paying a bit more than some other ISP's? Yes! But it also means you'll be getting better service which makes it worth paying a little bit more. There is no better ISP at this moment. Keep up the good work 👍

Always quick to help with connectivity issues and changes (Whatsapp, call, email etc). Pleasure doing business with Afrihost. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone in South Africa.

Afrihost is one of the better ISP's and very customer orientated. Being using different services with them over many years, LTE, hosting, Fibre, etc. and never had a challenge that they could not resolve professionally and speedily. I would highly recommend them..

Their service is great. With Afrihost ClientZone I can check, change and control my account. Their WhatsApp service is super helpful too and you don't need to spend hours on the phone. I'm a longtime client and not going anywhere anytime soon.
