I was satisfied with Afrihost. I think it's quicker to use the WhatsApp platform. I submitted my request for emigration 0n 12 Oct and on 15 Oct it was active. This is because there was no cabling required I was using my old connection and device. Also, I made follow-up via WhatsApp which enables prompt action on their side. I find it much easier TO CONTACT than my previous ISP. I highly recommend. Their service so far is good.

Very happy with Afrihost, since 2018. Every few months they upgrade our fibre speed without charging more. Customer service is also top notch. Got a free router upgrade this week too. Keep it up.

Just moved across to Afrihost. Excellent service and very painless. Prefer the online comms as one gets answered quickly and not like left on hold / call cut off like other companies.
