Fantastic service before and after installation I had problem twice and it was dealt with efficiently and they contacted me to confirm my issues were resolved ......other ISPs tend to focus on WhatsApp groups that leave u in a waiting list forever Afrihost has a working WhatsApp group and a callback feature which is amazing as I received the help I needed

There’s so many ways to get a hold of them such as what’sapp - call back feature or submit a ticket and they respond in a timely manner.

In the past, with Afrihost the phone experience was quite good. Agents listened, and came back with relevant - and generally accurate - feedback. On the other hand, my experience with WhatsApp is somewhat mixed. I have had good sessions there. But on one occasion an agent said he'd get back to me. He didn't, then he closed the chat. With the chat closed I can't hold him to account. I then thought I'd try again, so I started a new chat with a new agent. I gave her a summary of my query so she could mentally prepare for the chat we'd have. Instead she copied and pasted two paragraphs of sales material and closed the chat. I still don't have the answer I require.
Also, the callback is a great idea, But not at 8:30AM.
I appreciate the pressure you're under with call volumes, and the overall quality of service that Afrihost has maintained over the years. This is not a whinge, but pointers that I sincerely hope may help.
