First customer service contact through chat (Which is something my previous ISP didn't have [MWEB] in 2024?!) i was blown away, thanks for making me feel valued and listening! You listened and sometimes that's all customers need.

Was nice to deal with afrihost... Unfortunately im moving and they don't have a service there at the moment... But ill highly recommend the services they offer at Afrihos. Also their reaction time to get our fiber up and running if something out if their control happened like someone broke a pole and snapped the fiber cables was really outstanding. I used them for 2 years and could not fault their service once
