They all agree. Afrihost is the best

Poor service from the Agents I dealt with when cancelling my account. Dealt with 2 different Agents both on phone and WhatsApp, they showed no empathy and poor customer experience. I was relocating and needed my current line to cancelled which they could not help without any attempt to do so. Now I am unable to cancel my Telkom line because Afrihost is unable to release the line from their side even though I no longer am using their services. In this time and age, I find this customer experience extremely poor. Won't be returning back to Afrihost in my new residence just because of this poor experience.

Been with afrihost since August 2019 to think of it i have never had a problem with them. They dont overdeduct, the staff is friendly and patient and professional

The reason for my considering to migrate is because web Africa does not have an inbound call centre and I don't fancy chatting over WhatsApp 2 a robot as the response time is usually very long. Issues can be resolved much quicker if you had verbal contact over the phone

The best service provider by far. They have hosted my domain and email for 15 years and are also now my mobile service provider with Air Mobile. If you don't migrate to Afrihost you are losing out. Do it now!
